Free Bird Events was formed to counter a simple frustration: too many "unforgettable" experiences were, in fact, entirely forgettable. Same boring sessions with no time for participation. Same events hosted in the same ballrooms, with disposable everything, and with marketing resources thrown away instead of treasured. We set out to build an agency that treats creativity and conciseness as equally non-negotiable and prove that all event opportunities can be spectacular, personal, and responsible at the same time.
Today, we're a team of strategists, experience designers, sustainability specialists, instructional designers, and on-the-ground producers who've made it our mission to redefine what an organizational event can be.

As an event facilitator, project manager, and instructional designer with more than 20 years of experience, Jessica combines strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and meticulous planning to deliver exceptional results for clients of all sizes.
Throughout her career, Jessica has successfully managed and executed events with budgets exceeding $1 million, balancing innovation, stakeholder needs, and fiscal responsibility. She is known for developing creative solutions that elevate the attendee experience while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
Jessica thrives on collaboration and is energized by fresh ideas, unique challenges, and the opportunity to turn ambitious visions into reality. A firm believer that preparation is the foundation of success, she is famous for always having a backup plan for the backup plan, ensuring clients can move forward with confidence no matter what surprises arise.
